REBOUND follows the Yeshiva University Maccabees, the only all-Jewish NCAA basketball team as they navigate a season marked by grief, resilience, and hope in the wake of October 7. As the team travels to Israel and returns to the court, they lean on each other, their faith, and their community to process loss, honor heritage, and keep playing.

This is more than a basketball story, it’s a call to reimagine how sports, identity, and community can help us heal and build bridges during divided times.

The educational and community impact campaign will activate diverse communities — athletic, Jewish, interfaith, and spiritual, youth-led and elder-guided — to come together in conversation and reflection. Through screenings, athlete-led events, educational tools, and digital storytelling, the campaign will elevate Jewish joy, mental wellness, interfaith solidarity, and the power of youth leadership.
