Friends of Recovery Foundation, Inc. is a 501©3 nonprofit dedicated to helping people who suffer from addiction by providing a stable and secure facility for 12-step recovery groups to meet free of charge. Since 1992, more than 1 million people have found their way into the rooms of Recovery Central, the name of the building owned and operated by Friends of Recovery Foundation in Little Rock, Arkansas. As the foundation has grown, we have been able to branch further out into the community as a resource for anyone seeking help in the recovery community. In order to offer current and accurate information, we partner with other recovery-based organizations throughout the state and meet regularly to share information and expand our community outreach network.

The foundation is not affiliated with any specific 12-step organization. All recovery-based groups seeking a place to meet are welcome! Located in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, Recovery Central is the host to at least two meetings every day, almost 100 every month, 365 days a year.

In addition to our regularly scheduled 12-step meetings, Recovery Central is perfect for holiday parties, potlucks, special events, and community celebrations with it's fully stocked kitchen and large gathering area that is easily converted to a dining area with folding tables stored on the premises. Although there are many other meetings in the central Arkansas area, people have come to rely on those at Recovery Central because they know that the doors will be open, 365 days a year.
