"Life Is Better in the Milky Way" designed by Vikki Pac
Welcome to the Winsted Area Child Care Center’s (WACCC) page! With the help of designer Vikki Pac, we are working to raise funds that will be shared between the American Mural Project and Winsted Area Child Care Center.
Our model, Cali, attends the before and after school program at The Winsted Area Child Care Center, which is why this charity is the perfect match. The money raised will directly benefit the children in the program.
For the Recycled Runway show, Cali will be wearing a dress made by designer Vikki Pac. Motivation behind Vikki's design comes from the choices we make as adults with consumption and overuse of materials. Our choices as adults leave a lasting impact on our world and our children’s future, and that is why there will be a child representing this design.
Located at 185 Prospect Street the Winsted Area Child Care Center serves children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old. We are a non-profit school that strives to provide the highest quality care, love and support for the children and families that we work with.
