Story
More than anything, our mission at Renaissance Men is to provide quality entertainment to our community; we hope our art can evoke a smile, a tear, a moment of comfort - and elicit both thoughtful reflection and new conversation.
Our newest album, RenMentality, features music from composers who suffered from mental health afflictions - ranging from Claudio Monteverdi to Kurt Cobain. The climax is a new composition by Jay Mobley, When I Look Back: Theme and Variations.
We made this record about mental health in an attempt to illuminate the realities of mental health challenges and to comfort those whom relate. With support from our donors, we reached our Phase 1 goal of $28,000 and recorded RenMentality in the studio at the beginning of April with Grammy-winner Producer/Engineer team Tyler Graham Chester and Alex Venguer.
Your support will make vibrant music accessible in your local community and beyond, reaching far outside the confines of one live performance.
Your gift can bring us closer to our goal of $25,000. Completion costs include:
Your continued involvement with Renaissance Men provides high quality entertainment to enrich your community. Please make a donation today to support this mission.
