Instrument Rental Fee Payment – SRMS Cowboys Band

Welcome to the Sebastian River Middle School Band Program's online payment page for instrument rental fees.

If your child is renting a school-owned instrument this year, please use this page to securely submit your annual or semester rental fees. These funds help cover routine maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and upkeep—ensuring each student has access to a well-functioning, high-quality instrument throughout the year.

What’s Included:

• Semester or Full-year instrument rental (school-owned)

• Basic maintenance and cleaning

• Access to loaner instruments (when needed for repairs)

Rental Fees:

$25 Per Semester
$50 Per Year

Please note: If you are experiencing financial hardship, contact the band director to discuss assistance or payment plan options. No student will be denied participation due to inability to pay.
