I am a founding board member of Rise and could not be prouder. What kind of world do I want my grandchildren--and yours-- to grow up in? In just a few horrific months the words "diversity, equity, and inclusion" have become tainted. Yet these are the ideals that I want to instill in Shira and Milo and the rest of their generation. Let part of our legacy be to create a kinder world (despite the rhetoric swirling around us).
