Our ‘Retreat to the Heart’ program hosts retreats for mother’s and families who have endured medical trauma with a child. A ‘wine tasting for healing’ we like to call it. An exploration into a variety of natural healing avenues for a Mother Warrior’s wounded heart. These retreats are intentionally organized to help you find what resonates with your heart space so you can bring it back home with you. We’re making wellness accessible and affordable through donation-based programs. What’s the need? Ask the thousands of mother’s and families who experience medical trauma with a child every year. Our retreats book quickly and with families from all over the country. Our dream? To bring these healing opportunities to every region of the United States! To help every mother and family feel safe to Retreat to their Heart, again.

✨Our inspiration✨

Our Heart Warrior, Dashel, who was born October 2023 with undiagnosed and almost-fatal Congenital Heart Disease. Dash went on to have two open heart surgeries in his first 3 months of life. Now, he’s our spicy, sassy, thriving light of life, Dashel Ray. Having faced postpartum in the ICU, Christina was left with an imprint on her heart and a dream: to give every ICU/Heart Mom ‘A Dash of Love” and to create a space where mom’s can feel safe to ‘retreat to their heart’ space, again.
