Over the last two years Luna has lost her voice, she will never say ‘mom’ again and she is completely none verbal now. She’s lost total functional use of hands, my little girl can’t even hold her own bottle or pick up a single puff to put in her mouth. Luna has been fighting in feeding therapy just to practice opening her mouth for a spoon and drinking from a straw. She’s worked thousands of hours in and out of multiple hospitals with dozens of doctors in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, behavior therapy and still struggles at this point just to continue walking.
