Q: Where's the full film list?

Q: What’s the difference between the General Pass and the Premium Flex Pass?

A: Both passes include 39 films and access to all online events. The General Pass follows a staggered schedule: 5 films every Wednesday and 3 bonus films every Friday for the first 4 weeks, then 5 films on the final Wednesday and 2 bonus films on Friday. The Premium Flex Pass releases all weekly films upfront every Wednesday starting March 26, letting you watch at your pace. VIPs get all 39 films immediately.

Q: How do I access this online event?

Access instructions are emailed 24hrs before the festival. Need help? Contact us.

Q: Where do I add the promo code?

The 'Add promo code' option appears at the top of the ticket selection popup. Please note that discount codes no longer work. VIP passes are now $75 instead of $100, and Platinum passes are now $130, instead of $150. Ticket sales end on April 25, 2025.

Q: Can I get a free ticket?

At this time our general admissions and premium flex tickets are sold out and we are not offering any more waivers for this edition. We look forward to having you at our 2026 Festival. We thank you for understanding.
