For nearly three decades, the Upsilon Omega Foundation, in partnership with the Upsilon Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, has proudly championed education through the awarding of college scholarships to outstanding high school seniors in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Since 1995, thanks to generous donors like you, we have invested more than $530,000 in the future of deserving students, empowering them to achieve their academic and professional dreams.

In 2025, we will celebrate a milestone: 30 years of scholarship giving. To honor this legacy, we have set an ambitious goal—to award 40 scholarships through our distinguished Rhapsody Scholarship Program. This scholarship holds deep meaning, having been inspired by the vision of Brother Dr. Edwin Bailey, who created it to honor the memory and promise of his beloved son.
