Help Grow Community and Seeds!

At Richmond Grows, our motto is "Local Seed. Global Impact!" We were the 7th seed library to open, and our model has inspired hundreds of seed libraries to open around the globe. There are now over 50 seed libraries across the East Bay.

We focus on preserving local, culturally significant seeds as well as promoting diverse seed mixes to help adapt to extreme weather and a changing climate.

As a 100% volunteer-run organization, we rely on your support. Your tax-deductible donation will help us provide essential materials, expand our programs, and increase accessibility through resource translation.
