February is Heart Health Awareness Month!

Movement is such an important component of reducing cardiovascular risk. We invite you to join us for a good sweat at our inaugural Ride for Her Heart Event at Peloton studio in NYC on 2/12/26 at 2:30pm. Peloton requires all guest to arrive in studio at 1pm

This private in-studio event is designed to build community and raise awareness the leading cause of the Black maternal health crisis, cardiovascular disease. Movement is an integral connection to cardiovascular health and is vital to postpartum recovery. By participating in this ride you are helping raise awareness around the connection to risk of cardiovascular disease and pregnancy and fund vital services and supplies to mothers in need including blood pressure cuffs.

What's included in your ride:

Two (2) twenty min rides with Peloton Instructor Ally Love.
Meet & Greet with Ally love (includes group photo)

Whether you ride in person or participate live from your own bike, you’ll be part of a shared movement to raise awareness about cardiovascular health, the importance of physical activity, and the urgent need to support Black maternal health. Just like a 5K, this ride is more than exercise—it’s a chance to fundraise, engage your friends and family, and create real impact in the lives of Black mothers and babies. Pedal, connect, and be part of a movement that keeps hearts and communities strong.

Can't make it in person?

You don’t need to be in the room to be part of the movement. You can register for the event as a virtual rider! As a virtual rider you will set your own fundraising goal on your personal fundraising page. Invite your friends to support your ride. Participate on the same day/week as the NYC ride or choose your own date. We will be raising awareness for cardiovascular health all month long!

You can ride on a Peloton, Stationary bike, Outdoor bike or a Spin studio.
