Giving Structure: Contributions are preferred into our primary vehicle which is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit - the RIsing Alliance. If you can expand your giving via a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible gift, we can and will work with you to make that investment via a separate fiscally sponsored project. We prefer as many investments as possible via unrestricted 501(c)(4) investments given the nature of this moment.
