River Raticals is dedicated to reducing harm and providing essential support to individuals in our community, East Liverpool, Ohio, affected by substance use and economic hardship. Our organization distributes life-saving resources such as Narcan, fentanyl and xylazine test strips, hygiene kits, safer sex kits, and first aid supplies, helping people stay safe and healthy. We also connect individuals to resources, provide education on harm reduction, and serve as a trusted presence for those who need support but may hesitate to seek help elsewhere. 

As the cold weather approaches, the need for assistance grows even more urgent. In addition to our harm reduction efforts, we are preparing to distribute winter survival items like heated jackets, thermal socks, gloves, hats, blankets, and hot meals. These supplies are critical to helping people stay warm and safe during the harsh winter months.
