Mission Statement:

At Rooted to Bloom, our mission is to cultivate healing and inclusivity through the therapeutic power of nature. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals while offering a welcoming space for anyone seeking psychotherapy.  We work to cultivate mental wellness through nature therapy; providing a safe and inclusive space for neurodivergent individuals while fostering community integration through meaningful employment opportunities for this population.  We also plan to create safe spaces and educational/training opportunities for the community such as (but not limited to) support groups for caretakers, workshops for community based activities that want to provide more inclusive practices, and first responders.

At Rooted to Bloom, we envision a world where the therapeutic benefits of nature are harnessed to create a more compassionate and understanding society; a  journey towards healing, growth, and community integration for all.

Core Values:

  • Inclusivity: We believe in a world where everyone, regardless of abilities, deserves a space to grow, heal, and thrive. Our farm is committed to fostering an inclusive community that embraces diversity and celebrates the unique strengths of every individual.

  • Nature as a Healer: Recognizing the profound impact of nature on mental well-being, we harness the therapeutic benefits of flowers and green spaces. Our farm will serve as a sanctuary where the beauty of nature enhances the healing journey for all who walk through our gates.

  • Empowerment: We are dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals by providing tailored support and meaningful employment opportunities. Through skill-building and community engagement, we aim to promote independence and boost self-esteem.

  • Accessible Psychotherapy: Understanding the universal need for mental health support, we offer psychotherapy services that cater to the diverse needs of individuals. Our trained professionals create a safe and compassionate space for everyone, fostering emotional well-being and resilience.

  • Community Integration: Beyond therapy, our farm acts as a bridge, connecting individuals with their community. Through social activities, workshops, and the joy of cultivating and selling flowers, we strive to break down barriers and build lasting connections.

  • Sustainability: Committed to the well-being of the planet and its inhabitants, we practice sustainable farming methods, ensuring that our therapeutic endeavors are in harmony with nature and contribute to a healthier ecosystem.

Rooted to Bloom aims to make a positive impact by creating a supportive environment, fostering independence, and reducing stigma associated with neurodivergency.

We aim to revolutionize mental health care and neurodivergent employment by creating an innovative, inclusive, and sustainable model. Your support will not only contribute to the well-being of individuals, but also help build a more compassionate and integrated community with a project that will make a lasting impact on mental health and community inclusivity.

With your donation today we look forward to providing for the goals of phase one and two and begin to create funding towards phase three: To BLOOM into a fully grown therapeutic flower farm.

The Vision of The Farm…

Imagine a world where every bloom tells a story of empowerment and inclusivity. Our dream of taking the brick and mortar Rooted to Rise Therapy office to a therapeutic flower farm is more than just a field of petals. It's a sanctuary where neurodiverse individuals find purpose and the community discovers the joy of locally-grown beauty.

At Rooted to Rise, we hope to cultivate not only flowers, but also opportunities. With your support, we'll work towards a future where we can create meaningful employment for neurodiverse individuals. We can offer them a supportive environment where they can thrive and contribute, while receiving therapeutic services specific to executive functioning, social skills training, sensory processing, and emotional regulation. This is just the beginning.

Our farm isnt's just about growing flowers; it's all about nurturing connections. Through our fresh-cut flower CSA and bouquet memberships, the community gains access to vibrant blooms while supporting a cause they believe in. It's a win-win that fosters social cohesion and sustainable local economies.  We are so excited to start this on a "small scale" this summer with of local community mason jar flower subscription.

With your donations, we'll sow the seeds of change, cultivating a brighter future where everyone—including all abilities —have the chance to blossom. Join us in growing something truly beautiful.
