At Grace Farm & Gardens, our mission has always been to cultivate more than crops — we cultivate connection. As a community farm, we provide a space where families, volunteers, and visitors can learn about agriculture, enjoy the beauty of nature, and take part in building a healthier, more connected community.

Today, we are launching our “Growing Together” Fundraising Campaign — an initiative to expand our facilities and enrich the experience for everyone who visits our farm.
