    William Chester Ruth changed the face of agriculture in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The son of an enslaved person, Ruth inspired others to be more than society said was acceptable.

    Now it is our turn to share Ruth's legacy and inspire today's minority students to be more than they think they can be.
