Devin, a standout student-athlete from New Milford High School, exemplifies the true meaning of dedication, leadership, and integrity. A four-year varsity wrestler, Devin earned 139 career wins, making him New Milford’s all-time wins leader, and served as two-time team captain. He led his team to historic accomplishments, including the 2025 NJ North1 Group1 Sectional State Championship, the first in school history. His individual accolades are equally impressive: two-time state medalist, four-time district champion, three-time region finalist, four-time 1st Team All-League NJIC Patriot Division, two-time NJIC Wrestler of the Year, two-time Bergen County Tournament Champion and Most Outstanding Wrestler, and multiple All-County and All North Jersey honors.

Beyond the mat, Devin is equally accomplished academically. As New Milford High School’s Class of 2025 valedictorian, he earned the Seal of Biliteracy in Chinese, served as President of the Mandarin Language Honor Society, and participated in the National Honor Society. He also received the NMHS Academies Rising Star Award, demonstrating his dedication to excellence in all areas of life.

Devin’s leadership extends beyond athletics and academics. He has volunteered with Knight Reach and the NM Wrestling Foundation, mentoring others and giving back to his community. Even during a demanding high school career, Devin found time to pursue interests in movies, exercise, and gaming, maintaining a well-rounded life.

Devin will continue his academic and athletic career at the United States Military Academy at West Point (Class of 2029), where he will be a member of the wrestling team. His combination of athletic excellence, academic achievement, leadership, and character makes him a deserving recipient of this award and a model for student-athletes everywhere.
