As a women in STEM currently working as a Senior Process Integration Engineer at Sila Nanotechnologies, I know, firsthand, the importance of learning about STEM at an early age. When I was a Role Model in a class for Scientific Adventures, that fueled my passion further, and I am passionate about supporting the next generation of women and girls in STEM. My Board service is to help empower all girls in their STEM journey.

Women make up only 28% of the workforce in STEM. That means they are losing out on careers giving them a chance to be more economically secure.
