Ride for Good: Lucky Bikes at SBT GRVL®

I've always loved riding bikes from crusing the neighborhood as a kid, to biking as transportation in college.  I worked in the bike industry off and on for several years before finiding Lucky Bikes, but as soon as I did, I knew I was home.  I believe bikes are for everybody, and that they can serve many purposes.  Fun, fitness, transportaion and recreation are all important, and Lucky Bikes supports each kind of rider.  The work we get to do getting kids outside on bikes and teaching them how to maintain their own equptment is as powerful as it is fun.  Just as bikes are multi purpose, the impact they have is just as varied.  I get to see kids and adults a like develop their physical ability, gain confidence in problem solving skills, and renew their love for the outdoors all because of cyling.  Lucky Bike makes that possible for so many community members across the Denver area, and I'm so glad to be a part of that, and to be fundraising to keep it running for years to come.
