Many Hearts, One Community - Become a South Side Supporter!

Join us in celebrating the opening of VHP at South Side Easton, Valley Health Partners’ new community health center, by contributing to our Many Hearts, One Community campaign!

Opening in the heart of Easton’s South Side, this brand-new facility offers medical, dental, and vision care for families in one place. Services include primary care, pediatrics, vision, dental, behavioral health, and chiropractic medicine. 

Small businesses, organizations, and individuals contributing $100+ will get their name inscribed on a heart located in the entryway to VHP at South Side. Make your donation by Friday, April 25 to have your heart included on the wall at our Grand Opening event in May.

Valley Health Partners (VHP) Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike, and an IRS-recognized and incorporated 501(c)3 based in Allentown, Easton, and the Poconos, in Pennsylvania. Founded in 2020, VHP offers comprehensive health care for people of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay.
