NFC Fitness Court and Studio

The ultimate fitness hub is coming to Smith County Memorial Hospital and Smith County Family Practice! Providing a National Fitness Campaign outdoor Fitness Court and Studio that is free to use is a powerful step toward meeting community health needs and cultivating vibrant, active lifestyles. This innovative space promotes physical fitness and encourages social interaction, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging among community members. By providing accessible workout equipment and a welcoming environment, we empower individuals to take charge of their health, reduce stress, and build connections with others. This initiative can significantly enhance overall well-being, reduce healthcare costs, and inspire a culture of wellness that resonates throughout the entire community. We envision the existing accessible sidewalk and the Fitness Court and Studio eventually connecting with a walking trail loop featuring pollinator friendly plants and benches. Let’s come together to transform our community into a hub of health and vitality!
