Royer Legacy Fun Run:

We are inviting Campers, Families, Alumni, and Staff to register, fundraise, and participate in our second annual Royer Legacy Fun Run! This year we will have two amazing ways to participate, in-person and virtual! Sign up today!

In-person: Join us at Granger Meadows Park in DeWitt, Michigan on Saturday October 23rd 10am-12pm EST. 

• Main Site Open 9:00 am
• Kick-off 10am
• 10:10am-10:20 5k Wave Start
• 10:20-11am Route open to all participants
• 11am-12pm Picnic in the pavilion. (Light Refreshments will be available. Participants may also bring their own lunches and beverages.

Virtual: Join us for our livestreamed Kick-off at 10 am EST on Saturday October 23rd. Following the kick off Embark on your own walk or run whenever you are. Be sure to post pictures and tag us at #SDCROYERRUN

About Special Days Camps:

Special Days Camps exists to provide a safe and memorable camping opportunity in a medically-supervised environment for children who have experienced cancer and their siblings, servicing the entire family. We offer traditional camping activities, adapted to meet the special needs of our campers. Special Days Camps is the second longest running oncology camp in the world. Over the years our service to our families has grown – check out what cool programs we have to offer! Our activities are intentionally designed to promote self-esteem, confidence, friendships, teamwork and leadership. Campers are given the opportunity to challenge themselves and develop life skills as they move through our programs. Developing these skills can help them successfully meet the challenges of treatment, school, work and family. After attending Special Days, campers bring home more than just dirty laundry… they bring home unforgettable memories and long-lasting friendships.
