Disclosure: The firearm prize will be transferred to the winner through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The winner must be legally eligible to possess a firearm and will be required to complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

To comply with federal and state firearm laws:

Transfer Through FFL Dealer: All firearm transfers must be conducted through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
Background Checks: Winners are required to complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check.
Age Restrictions:
- Handguns: Winner must be at least 21 years old.
- Rifles/Shotguns: Winner must be at least 18 years old.
Residency: The winner must be a legal resident of Texas.
Prohibited Persons: The firearm cannot be transferred to individuals prohibited from owning firearms under federal or state law
