What Is Soul Fitness Ministries, Inc.

Soul Fitness Ministries, Inc. is a Catholic non-profit ministry dedicated to helping people grow in their relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, education, physical activity, and practical Christian living.

Our Mission.

“Changing the world one day at a time by continually sanctifying God’s Beloved Bride with patient love, prayerful declarations and actions that are wise.” The world desperately needs the LORD and holy, sanctified people, to represent Him. Through The World Revival Novena, our YouTube ministry, and the resources we have created, and will create, Soul Fitness Ministries, Inc. is working to make faith accessible, practical, fun, and something that can be lived out, every day.

Our Vision is simple.

We create loving, safe and memorable environments to help people encounter the one true Triune God, through His Living Word. Deepening their faith, and preparing them to obey and live out The Greatest Commandment found in Matthew 22:37-39 "And He said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all of your heart, and with all of your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the law and the prophets." Along with Mark 16:15 "And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to the whole creation. [S]he who believes and is baptized will be saved; but [s]he who does not believe will be condemned."

A Message From The Founder and President

Souls are malnourished! Help us fix that! Is your soul fit?

People can see if you are physically fit, but it's harder to see if the soul is fit. Healthy souls are likely to participate in the 'Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy'. Unhealthy souls are likely to participate in the seven deadly sins.

God says, through the Old Testament Prophet Hosea, "My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge." (Hosea 4:6)

God speaks similarly through the Prophet Isaiah saying, "my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge..." (Isaiah 5:13)

Job mentions that the Word of God is more necessary than his daily food. (Job 23:12)

The Prophet Jeremiah says the Word became to him the joy and rejoicing of his heart. (Jeremiah 15:16)

David said it is the lamp unto our feet and the light unto our path. (Psalm 119:105)

Jesus says it is what sanctifies us! (John 17:17)

Peter says it's what helps us understand and partake in the Divine Life of God. (2 Peter 1:3-4)

Revelation 19:13 says, "He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God."

The Word of God, Jesus, is necessary for healthy, functional, spirit-filled living.

Our youth needs it now more than ever! Soul Fitness 4 Kids captures their attention, and gives them the space, time and loving environments to learn about God. We need our youth, to not only discern what is right from wrong... but we need them to lead their peers, and even their families in holiness.

Our seniors need God's Word now more than ever as well! This is the time where you can continue to disciple the younger generation. Participate in the World Revival Novena, or the World Revival Prayer Guide, and you'll share scripture and pray for hundreds of people you wouldn't normally pray for. Jesus calls us to make disciples, and to teach others what He taught us. (Matthew 28)

My family's time is dedicated to the advancement of the Kingdom of God, the Lord's Righteousness and striving for holy living. Please pray for, and financially support us, and join us as we change the world, one day at a time!
