S.F.M. hosts a variety of community ministry events, offers two main courses called Soul Fitness 4 Kids and The World Revival Prayer Guide and Stephen Burnette, the Founder and President has published roughly 20 books for S.F.M.

Soul Fitness 4 Kids is a dynamic, spiritualized, physical education program. Stephen uses joyful exercise movements, matched with scripture, and simple rhythms to help kids:

Memorize God’s Word by heart, so they can live, pray, and share God's Word.
Master many exercises that they can use well into adulthood.
Mature in their identity in Christ, gain confidence as a Christian, and increase their love of God and neighbor.

He’s taught these methods to kids, families, and schools on the east coast, and now he's started on the west!

A Brief Message From Stephen

Souls are malnourished! Help us fix that!

Is your soul fit? People can see if you are physically fit, but it's harder to see if the soul is fit.
Healthy souls are likely to participate in the corporal and spiritual works of mercy.
Unhealthy souls are likely to participate in the seven deadly sins, which can cause us and our communities, problems.

God says through the Old Testament prophet Hosea, "My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge." God speaks the same through Isaiah. Job mentions that the Word of God is more necessary that his daily food. Jeremiah says it became the joy and rejoicing of his heart. David said it is the lamp unto our feet and the light unto our path. Jesus says it is what sanctifies us! Peter says it's what helps us understand and partake in the divine life of God. The Word of God, Jesus, is necessary for healthy, functional, spirit-filled living, and the youth need it more than ever. Soul Fitness 4 Kids captures their attention, and gives them the space, time, and loving environment to learn about God.

We need the youth, to not only discern what is right, from what is wrong..., but we need them to lead their peers, and even their families, in holiness. Youth looks to youth, for guidance, and if our youth are prepared, trained, or given time to practice leading, they will succumb to less godly peers.

Bernadette Burnette serves as the Vice President of Soul Fitness Ministries, Inc.

She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting with a Concentration in Directing degree. Her background is in acting and filmmaking. She created Sayre Fidei.

Under Sayre Fidei, she has released the first book to her outlined novel series Meet Karen: The Friend That Nobody Likes "BFF4L" Part I. As the story progresses, one of the themes she will be tackling is helping to education people on how to combat spiritual warfare and why God allows it in the first place.
