The 2020-2021 school year is up and running, and it is a start unlike any other. Despite the unusual learning environment our students are facing, they are rising to the challenge and marching forward!

Although in-person classes have been suspended for the semester, students are still able to get their instruments to play at home. During these challenging times when everything seems out of our control, it is more important than ever to keep our students engaged in the arts and making music. It is a safe outlet for their hopes, fears and frustrations. It keeps them engaged with their peers in a productive way that they may not have anywhere else. By ensuring our students continue to have an outlet in music, we can help them find solace and a piece of normalcy during these unusual times.

During a regular school year we would be purchasing uniforms, performance music, transportation and food for students at games. This year, the needs of the band have changed drastically. In a way we are starting from the ground up by investing in tools and supplies we have never utilized before. We are looking into purchasing suitable music for remote and hybrid learning, premium content from our virtual music program and updated technology to increase the efficiency of teaching and learning on an online platform.

It is our hope that, eventually our students can come together in person and play. When that time arrives, we will need to purchase specialized band masks that they can wear while playing their instruments. We will also need instrument and bell covers to stay within the health guidelines in place to keep our students safe.

Our band director, technicians and the band boosters are working hard to make sure every student has the materials and technology they need to support their music education this year.

But we can’t do it alone! We need the support of the community to help us reach our goals to provide every student with the tools and technology they need to practice, connect and succeed in their music education this year. We hope you will consider becoming a sponsor of the band, together we can make sure students in our community can continue to have an outlet in the arts during these unusual times.

Business Ad #2 ($175.00) - Sponsors our Band Fan Shirts, Hoodies and your company is highlighted on our website. Your company's logo will appear on the back of our 2020 Band shirts and hoodies. We have over 100 students along with their families who loyally buy these shirts each year and wear them around town! Your logo will also be featured on our website with a hyperlink leading to your webpage and we will give a shout out to your company on our social media page thanking you for your support and providing a link to your company's website.

**Sponsors making non-monetary donations will receive business ad sponsorship perks when the retail value of their donation is equivalent to the price of a business sponsor ad.
