In the fall and the spring, the Association of Catholic Tech Students (ACTS) and the E. Donn Piatt Catholic Student Center of St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Ruston, La, publish a newsletter requesting operational funding.  The combined budget is $20,000 -- $10,000 per newsletter.
