For 75 years, St. Joseph Catholic School has been a cornerstone of faith, academic excellence, and community in Shreveport. Since opening our doors in 1951, generations of students have been nurtured in a faith-filled environment where academic achievement, moral character, and Catholic values are at the center of daily life. As we proudly celebrate our 75th Anniversary, we honor a legacy of excellence!

Today, St. Joseph Catholic School continues its mission of educating and forming students from Pre-K3 through 8th grade, equipping young people to lead lives rooted in faith, compassion, service, and academic success. Surrounded by a caring community and grounded in Catholic tradition, our students are encouraged to grow spiritually, intellectually, and personally every day.

As we celebrate this milestone year, we have set an ambitious goal to raise $200,000 through our 2026–2027 Partners in Education campaign to strengthen and sustain the exceptional experience that defines St. Joseph School. These funds will directly support priorities that impact every student, including tuition support to each student academic excellence, teacher support, campus enhancements, technology, student enrichment opportunities, faith formation, and the continued growth of our beloved school community.
