Hope Hill Youth Services was founded on October 3rd, 1959 by a remarkable woman named Ruby Kitchen. She had a dream to help children who were affected by poverty, abuse, and neglect. This led to the creation of Hope Hill Children's Home where many people in Eastern Kentucky grew up.
The last youth was discharged from the Children's Home in 2019. However, we are keeping Ruby's vision alive...
