I’m excited to be running The Spring Lake 5 in support of The Alayna Jayne Foundation, a wonderful local charity that provides financial assistance and support for adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Specifically, they help those who wish to use cold caps to preserve their hair, offering an invaluable sense of normalcy during an incredibly difficult time.

But that’s not all – this foundation goes above and beyond by advocating for its recipients, offering much-needed emotional support, and providing resources like Daisy Retreats, scholarships, wig assistance, and room makeovers for Bone Marrow Transplant patients.
