Operation Surge has ended in name only, but our community has yet to see evidence of a significant drawdown. The continued presence of ICE, even after the reported drawdown, has created ongoing fear and instability for many of our neighbors.

Families are missing work. Small businesses are empty. Parents are staying home to protect their children. Workers are avoiding job sites out of fear of being detained.

And rent is still due on the 1st.

Why This Fund Exists

This March Rent Support Fund is specifically for families who are unable to pay rent due to income loss connected to Operation Surge and the ongoing ICE presence.

Our goal is simple and direct:

Raise $20,000
Support 20 families
Provide $1,000 per household for March rent

This is stabilization funding.
This is harm reduction.
This is community showing up where systems have failed.

Immigrant families experiencing work disruptions
Mixed-status households navigating heightened risk
Families afraid to leave home due to enforcement activity
