ARTWORK FOR ADS:
Digital artwork (preferred) for ad purchases should be emailed to the address below as soon as possible, but no later than August 1, 2026. Files should be at least 300 dpi at the ad size purchased and in PDF or JPG file format. Ads print in black and white; if color is present in your file, it will be converted to greyscale. If your file is too large for emailing, you may send a dropbox link or wetransfer.com link to advertising.soundsofsouth@gmail.com

If you selected hardcopy artwork (including business cards to be scanned), please mail it to our PO Box (see below) no later than August 1, 2026. We will also have a drop-off box available for Sounds of South students/families in the choir room during camp week. Please include a printout of this email with the artwork submission to ensure we get your artwork matched up with your sponsorship.

COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS:
If you elected to receive free tickets to our fall musical, a ticket redemption (coupon) code will be sent to you in late September, 2026, which can be redeemed at soundsofsouth.ludus.com or at the door.

CHARITABLE GIVING INFORMATION:
All donations (excluding ads) are tax deductible for individuals as allowed by law. If you elected to receive free tickets to the musical, the deductible portion of your donation will be reduced by $50, the fair market value of two tickets. If you do not provide artwork for an ad and/or elected to not receive tickets, no goods or services of any kind will be transferred to you and the full amount is deductible. This email will serve as your receipt for your generous gift.
