This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to make a lasting impact on the lives of our athletes by supporting our Financial Aid Fund. As we approach the end of another incredible year, we are reminded of the power of community and the positive change we can create when we come together.
For many of our players, soccer is not just a game—it’s a pathway to confidence, teamwork, and personal growth. Consider the story of Alex Caceres, a former 1999 boys player with the Strikers. Alex had the opportunity to play the game he loved and grow to eventually lead that team as their captain. Without Stanford Strikers Financial Aid, Alex would not have been able to access the wonderful game and continue playing in college. Unfortunately, for some, financial barriers still stand in the way of their full participation. That’s where YOU come in.
This Giving Tuesday, we’re asking for your help to ensure that every talented player has the opportunity to step onto the field, regardless of their financial situation. Your donation will provide scholarships, equipment, and resources to players who need it most.
How Your Gift Makes an Impact:
$500 supports one player in a tournament
$1,000 supports one player in an entire season
$2,500 supports 2 to 3 players in a season
$5,000 supports 5 to 6 players in a season
$10,000 supports 15-16 players in a season
With your help, we can give more players the opportunity to thrive both on and off the field. Every donation—no matter the size—has the power to make a difference in the life of a young athlete.
[give today]
By donating today, you're not only supporting a player’s growth in soccer, but you're also helping them build resilience, confidence, and the valuable life skills that extend far beyond the game.
Thank you for your generosity and continued support. Together, we can create a more inclusive and supportive community for all our athletes.
Warm regards,
