Empty Bowls for ALIVE!

Join Upper School students, faculty, and parents at our Evening of the Arts/Empty Bowls Festival on Thursday, April 27 from 6 to 8 pm in the CPAC courtyard. After researching issues of poverty and hunger, our 3D art students created beautiful bowls for this event. Attendees have the option to purchase ceramic bowls served with ice cream and sundae toppings. Bowls will be theirs to take home. The suggested donation is $20 per bowl. Proceeds from the dinner will be donated to ALIVE! a local charitable organization that strives to provide nutritious foods through direct distribution to Alexandria's food pantries, meal kitchens, public schools, recreation centers, and other community partners.
