Our shelter runs 24hr/day, 7 days a week.  We provide a save homelike environment that keeps families together. An increase in the cost of living and lack of affordable housing has increased our families' average length of stay from 66 days to 84 days.  We are proud to report that with the help of our volunteers, Family Hope Delco saved Delaware County $94,080 sheltering families last year but we also rely on your generous support to fund our daily operations.  It costs about $70/day to house a family at our center.  We offer on-site case management and provide counseling to families working toward housing sustainability which is achieved through attaining stable income and childcare.
