I believe in STEADY because I’ve seen this program work to build up young female athletes, as well as boys. I’ve witnessed it firsthand as Coach Nora mentored my sons who’ve now gone on to become coaches themselves.
The STEADY framework is powerful, but there’s a greater power in numbers. STEADY wants to reach more girls. Giving to STEADY means giving to girls who need a hand up.
