A young military family came to us in crisis. With a baby on the way and finances already stretched thin, they were doing everything they could to prepare - working closely with their social worker, building a personal finance plan, and making careful decisions about every dollar.

Then, their baby arrived early.

Their next paycheck was supposed to cover a car seat, but without it, they couldn't take their newborn home from the hospital. The excitement of welcoming their little one was suddenly overshadowed by stress and uncertainty.
