Feeding our Seniors

The Reginald A Sheridan Community Service Corporation has partnered with A Basket of Cheer, Black Women Connext, and Arch of Knowledge to serve Senior Citizens in the Prince Georges County, MD community. Throughout the year, we provide hot meals, food baskets, and supplies to seniors living alone. Since Spring 2023, we have also participated in the Senior Brunch: Flowers & Conversations. It is a delightful time for everyone, the Seniors, the Residential Staff, and our teen volunteers who help make this event a success. 

Brunch includes a freshly prepared meal, entertainment, conversation, a time of reminiscing, and goodie bags for each attendee.

We invite you to donate to help us continue to bring these events to our seniors, helping us brighten their days and lighten the load.
