Esther Robertson Leadership Fund

In recognition of all that Esther Robertson gave to the Woman Within community, we are honored to establish the Esther Robertson Weekend Leader In Training (WLIT) Fund.

This fund is created to support women who are stepping into Weekend Leader In Training roles by helping offset the financial costs of their training. By easing this barrier, the fund makes it possible for more women to say yes to leadership—continuing the work that Esther and so many dedicated Weekend Leaders have begun. Without our Weekend Leaders, there would be no Woman Within Weekends.

Esther Robertson was a Weekend Leader, a co-author of Woman Within Level 2, an organizer of countless circles, a devoted supporter of her local community, and a beloved mother, wife, and friend. For more than 25 years, she empowered and uplifted women within Woman Within. Esther passed on November 6, 2021, and she is deeply missed. Her presence was grounding, healing, and a blessing to all who had the privilege of walking alongside her.

A message from Esther to us all...

Dearest Women of Woman Within,

I want to share some thoughts with you.

Since 1996 many of you have walked with me and  we have shared each other  journeys.  It has been an honor to be with each of you and see you come through the water of the dark pool to claim your own knowing. In walking with each of you, I have been healed over and over and over again. 

Happy trails and discovery to you until we meet again.

Remember always to listen to the whispering of your soul.
