This year, Sammi is lacing up her trail shoes for more than just the love of running—she’s hitting the dirt paths to give rescued animals a second chance at life. On race day, every mile she runs will be fueled by the faces, snouts, and tails of the incredible residents at Flying Pigs Sanctuary.

From muddy-nosed pigs who now have room to roam, to bunnies who once knew nothing but neglect, to goats who finally get to climb, play, and bask in the sun—each step Sammi takes is a step toward their safety, comfort, and happiness.

But this run isn’t just for the animals who already call Flying Pigs home. It’s also for those still waiting—animals in desperate need of rescue, warmth, medical care, and love. With your sponsorship, you can help make sure there’s always room, food, and shelter for the next soul who needs saving.
