At C.A.L.L.E. de Arizona, we believe education opens doors to endless possibilities. Through our annual events, a portion of proceeds goes directly to the C.A.L.L.E. de Arizona Scholarship Fund, helping dedicated students achieve their academic dreams.

Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Demonstrate an impact on or commitment to the Latino community.

2. Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program, or plan to enroll in 2026, at one of the Arizona State Universities (in person or online).

3. Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Required Application Materials

1. Completed Application Form

2. Unofficial School Transcripts from your current institution

3. Three Letters of Recommendation

• Academic: From a current or recent instructor or professor

• Personal: From someone who can speak to your character and personal qualities

• Professional: From a current or recent employer/supervisor (if applicable)

4. Essay (500 words, double-spaced) on one of the following topics:

• Preserving Cultural Heritage – Describe a tradition, art form, or cultural practice important to you or your family. Explain why it should be preserved and how you can help keep it alive.

• Leadership in Service to the Community – Share a time you took initiative to help your community, what you learned, and how you will apply it in the future.

• The Power of Arts and Culture in Social Change – Explain how art, music, dance, or storytelling can inspire change within the Latino community or society as a whole, using examples from history, current events, or your own experience.
