This event will take place rain or shine. The walk takes approximately 30 minutes and trails will close at 2:30 pm. We hope you can join us for some thank yous and closing remarks to honor Shane at 2:30 pm. The trails can be muddy, so please dress appropriately including proper footwear. If the weather leading up to the event is rainy, boots are highly recommended. Note, unfortunately, the trails are not handicap accessible, but the reception and closing remarks will accommodate wheelchairs. Strollers do not work on the trails. Trail jogging strollers do work. Our maximum capacity for the walk is 500 people. Registration will close at that time. If you cannot walk, you can still donate to this event. This past spring, we obtained our 501C3 status and are a tax-exempt, non-profit public charity. Any donations made are tax deductible.
