We have big plans to expand this series into more programming and learnings with Asian Americans in different fields, such as athletics, medicine, science, and beyond to highlight the impactful work of AAPI in all sorts of fields.

CLIMATE BRIDGES

“CLIMATE BRIDGES” is an ambitious and transformative project that combines a documentary film with a nine-month arts fellowship and public programming to support and empower U.S.-China climate action through the arts.

With the support of the U.S.State Department Public Diplomacy Grants Program, CLIMATE BRIDGES aims to highlight the contributions of Chinese and American artists to addressing the climate crisis, convene the next generation of U.S.-China “artivists,” and raise awareness and public engagement in China about the shared imperative of cross-border climate collaboration to ensure global sustainability.

AAPI Mentorship Program

The Serica Initiative’s AAPI Mentorship Program is a transformative initiative designed to empower the next generation of AAPI leaders by leveraging the incredible network of honorees from our 8 years of Women’s Gala celebrations. This program will pair these accomplished trailblazers—leaders in fields like business, arts, tech, and advocacy—with aspiring AAPI individuals to provide mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for growth.

Through one-on-one mentorship, group workshops, and exclusive networking events, participants will gain access to invaluable knowledge and connections, helping them break barriers and build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
