This exciting next step in the development of the Chehalem Cultural Center has been years in the making - and it's finally here! We’re officially breaking ground on the new Performing Arts Wing and we can’t wait to welcome you into this new community gathering space that includes a dance and movement studio, a newly designed Tri Family Grand Lobby, and features the Jim Halliday Stage inside the 225-seat LaJoie Theatre.

This project will provide equitable access to high-quality performing arts facilities for thousands while presenting an economic boon to the entire region and we want to invite you to be a part of its history!

$50 Donation or More: Sign the wall behind the curtain of the Jim Halliday Stage

$1,000 Donation: Recognition on our Ceramic Plate Donor Wall Installation

$2,500 Donation: Name a Seat in the LaJoie Theatre

We need $24,000 to “raise the curtain” on the Performing Arts Wing stage. Your contribution of any amount will help us get there!

UPDATE:

A generous donor has pledged $10,000 to our end of year fundraising campaign and challenged you, our community, to match them and raise $40,000 by the end of 2023. This not only helps us "Raise the Curtain" but makes sure we have something amazing to reveal when we do. This new stretch goal buys us our stage curtains and also helps fund all the incredible festivities we are planning to welcome you into this beautiful new Performing Arts Wing next fall. We can't wait to see you there!
