LBCC's goal is to improve the quality of life in Long Beach by converting residents' organic waste back into soil. Our dedicated team of volunteers hand processes 1,000+ pounds of food scraps weekly, gives away finished compost, creates connections between and with our neighbors, and educates community about how to compost themselves.
