Shelbia Irene Scholarship Fund

The Shelbia Irene Scholarship Fund was established to raise funds to help high school graduates continue their education and skill training by providing support for school supplies, books, application fees and more. 

This fund is in association with the non profit organization Propa City Community Outreach and this year we trained each participant to advocate for positive healing in their community around grief and loss.
