Shirley - HeartsRGolden

Shirley was confiscated by local authorities from a home where she and nearly 100 other animals (mostly dogs) were being severely neglected and kept in deplorable conditions. Shirley is a 8-9yr old golden hearted dog who needed our help, and GRRA was glad to step in. What we initially thought would be a relatively easy placement for a senior girl of medium size with a lot of spunk has started spiraling and we are unfortunately in need of your help to support Shirley so we can get to the bottom of what is going on and figure out a treatment plan for her. Shirley has been having some neurological events, which we are trying to figure out if they are seizures or not. Shirley has muscle wasting in her hind end, weakness of her hind end, she has major visual impairments and to top all of this off, now we are learning she may be in kidney failure. We need to hospitalize her for treatment to get her kidneys stabilized and see where we go from here. Please donate so we can give Shirley the life she desperately deserves.
