The raffle is sponsored by The Lawfare Project, Inc. (“LP” or “Sponsor”), a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and a registered non-profit organization. This raffle is governed by these Official Rules. By participating in the raffle, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the raffle, as determined by LP and its agents, are final in all respects. The raffle is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY

The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Raffle Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

RAFFLE PERIOD

The raffle starts 2/9/26 and ends 3/9/26 at 12pm EST. All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that raffle period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at its sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

You can enter the raffle by making a donation in any amount to The Lawfare Project through this page. After making a donation, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. To enter without making a donation, send an e-mail to Chloe@endjewhatred.com with “Raffle Entry'' as the subject line, and provide your full legal name, date of birth, address, and phone number in the body of the e-mail. The entrant will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. You may enter only once.

WINNER SELECTION

All eligible entries received during the Raffle Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Raffle Period. A winner will be chosen at random. Winners will be announced on or before DATE, and will be notified via e-mail, along with details on how to claim the prize. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this raffle. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Sponsor within seven (7) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Upon the request of Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified.
