Show your support to our region's LGBTQIA+ community by making a donation to Southern Finger Lakes Pride (formerly Corning Pride).

As of today, June 16, 2023, there are 557 bills in 49 states being legislated that seek to block trans people from receiving basic healthcare, education, legal recognition, and the right to publicly exist.  In 2023, 87 have passed, 364 are active, and 106 have failed.  

Southern Finger Lakes Pride exists to provide support to all members of the LGBTQIA+ community, but most specifically the youth who are being raised in a political climate where their right to safely and peacefully exist is under attack before their lives have even truly begun.

Since 2019, Southern Finger Lakes Pride has existed as an entirely unpaid volunteer run organization. In 2024, we hope to have a brick and mortar presence in the Southern Finger Lakes. Our ambitious five-year goal is to hire a full-time Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Development, and Director of Community Engagement with a ten-year goal of opening an LGBTQIA+ community and resource center.
