About Ancestral Trauma and Soul Renewal

This ceremony invites participants to engage in a deeply symbolic ritual of creating seed bundles, a practice that honors our shared heritage with the earth and the timeless cycle of life and renewal.

During this gathering, we will:

Connect with the Elements: Participants are encouraged to bring SMALL AMOUNTS of natural elements that resonate with them—earth from a meaningful place, sacred water, and ash from fires that symbolize transformation. These elements will be used to create a communal circle, representing our collective foundation and interconnectedness with nature.
Craft Seed Bundles: We will engage in the ritual of making seed bundles, incorporating the brought elements. Each seed represents a gift from our ancestors—carrying the potential for new growth and the continuation of stories and lessons passed down through generations.
